The inaugural top 15 have been chosen

We are pleased to announce the top 15 that will be competing in the semi finals of the Best Sommelier of Australia 2011.

The exams were marked blind and the candidates have been gleefully notified so we can now officially announce those who have made it through to our inaugural Best Sommelier Of Australia competition!

14 candidates plus one lucky wild card will compete in Melbourne in the the semi-finals on Sat Oct 15 with three of the best taking a place on stage for the finals on Sun Oct 16. The winner will go on to represent Australia in the ASI Asia Oceanic Competition in 2012, and the ASI Sommelier Du Monde competition in 2013.

- Stage 2 | Semifinals: Sat 15 Oct 2011 (Melbourne)
