The island state of Tasmania is rapidly increasing its global reputation for crafting some of Australia's best Sparkling and Pinot Noir wines, not to mention stunning Chardonnay and Riesling. For those interested in spending more time with Tasmania's wine producers and tasting their premium wines matched with specially created menus, a series of dinners will be held in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne during Tasmania Unbottled 2011.
