Black Pearl Cooking Class - Food & Wine Matching with Philip Johnson & e’cco sommelier Alan Hunter

This is the most exciting class ever by Philip.

Matches made in Heaven, Matches made in Hell – Philip and Alan will be discussing and Black Pearl Epicure presenting three to four dishes each with a wine that doesn’t work, and one that does, so that you can see just how the right wine can complement and complete a dish. Menu of duck liver parfait, seared scallops with celeriac purée, chorizo, apple, shaved fennel and a saffron dressing, grain-fed Angus beef with Brussels sprouts, bacon, king brown mushrooms and a mustard cream, and coconut dacquoise, raspberry parfait and lime marshmallows. Book early so that you do not get disappointed.
